hello! ive recently re-calibrated my printer as i was haveing some issues. i bought a mirror to use when printing, the bed it .25 all over but as you can see by my video i dont know what i am doing wrong… suggestions please?

Looks like you extrude too less material.
Try setting a higher flow rate in repetier manual control and see if you can get it better.
After that, calibrate your e-steps.
Is there some kind of guide somewhere for all these advanced settings? I’ve been using a white spool of Gizmo Dorks PLA, and have been pulling my hair out trying to find out what the right settings are beyond the defaults given by Velleman. Already made sure whole bed was level, and calibrated the Z-height a million times, but I have never found a configuration in Repetier or Cura that actually gave a satisfactory print.
Every machine and every single spool of filament behaves differently.
So a significant part of making a printer work nice is calibrating, calibrating, calibrating …
For your problem try the following first.
Start a print and set the flow rate to 110% in manual control.
If that’s not satisfactory try increasing or decreasing it until you get good first layers.
(assumed nozzle height is correct, as you wrote)
You might try putting a little hair spray on the mirror.
