Problemewith firmware

hi, i have just finish to build the printer after 7hours, and now i loose 2 day for find a solution at my problem…

i have installed all soft necessary in this link vertex3dprinter.eu/downloads/vertex-downloads/

i have installed the last arduino ide 1.8.xxx

my printer is connected on com8 by usb

when i try to upload the marlin i have this error:

that is the first problem, the second problem is:

the arduino mega board have an firmware inside for 2 extruder, but i have only 1, and i can t upload the good marlin

and third problem, if i try to upload a blank firmware for reset it, i have a timeout message

hy, you should use arduino 1.0.6 release

arduino 1.0.6 tested, no error, but no effect…

it s really an arduino mega 2560 the mother board?

hy, did you short the circuit with the pins under the X endstop ?
