Problème d'extruder Velleman vertex k8400

bonjour
depuis hier, je ne parviens plus à imprimer un pièce correctement !
le problème est que l’extrudeur arrête de pousser le filament après quelques secondes d’impression dans la buse. quand je pousse le fil manuellement ou que je viens appliquer une pression sur le levier de l’extrudeur (celui pour engager un nouveau filament) cela repart mais pour quelques secondes seulement !
la roue crantée ainsi que le roulement à billes qui vient faire pression sur le filament ne semblent pas endommagés
le moteur de l’extruder fonctionne normalement
la température est est de 200°
la buse est quasi nouvelle
la qualité du filament n’est pas en cause car j’ai déjà imprimé avec sans problème

quelqu’un a t’il la solution à mon problème ?

since yesterday, I can not print a part correctly!
the problem is that the extruder stops pushing the filament after a few seconds of printing in the nozzle. when I push the wire manually or I just apply pressure on the lever of the extruder (the one to engage a new filament) it starts again but for a few seconds only!
the notched wheel and the ball bearing that presses on the filament do not seem damaged
the engine to extrude it works normally
the temperature is 200 °
the nozzle is almost new
the quality of the filament is not in question because I already printed with no problem

does anyone have the solution to my problem?

Check the screw that holds the gear on the shaft of the motor.
It may be loose.

j’ai eu ce problème il y a qlq semaines et j’ai changé pas mal de chose notamment la roue denté mais c’était a cause d’un câble défectueux(celui de la résistance chauffante) et j’ai mis un moment pour le trouver.
En fait la température chutait et il n’y avait plus d’extrusion, en bougeant les câbles le contacte se refaisait et c’a chauffait, donc selon la position de la tête c’a fonctionnait ou pas, j’ai passé du temps là dessus.
