Problem X axis when printing

Hello,

First:
I’m new here, i am Elco from Holland, i have buy my first 3d printer ‘Vertex K8400’

The printer works since yesterday but i have some problems with my first prints…
When it is printing the X-axis is moving to the right… see picture below

What should be the problem of this? ( i have test 5 difference prints but evryone has the same problem…

I hope here is a easy way to fix

Thank you!

One problem, different possible causes.

Movement along the axis is not smooth (rods not perfectly perpendicular or parallel to the sides).
Loose pulley(s).
Motor loosing steps : stepper driver voltage is too low and/or is overheating (too much friction).

I have exactly the same problem, however I cannot resolve it.
Any ideas?

I hear a clicking noice if the x axis moves to the left (around every 7 cm’s) If the X-axis moves to the right it doesn’t make that sound.

Hello there
I had similar problem. After swearing a lot  I finally sorted it out. The XY rods were not parallel so had to corrected it. And also the pulleys were not tighted enough to the rods, sic! After that prints very well again.
