I have a problem with my vertex k8402
The LCD screen does not light up when I connect the printer to the power terminals
but works with USB connectivity from the PC
it worked before so all the cables are correct
has anyone had a similar problem before?

Do you have 15 volts coming out of the power supply?
I have 230v live in Sweden
it worked before

Do you have 15 volts coming out of the power supply going into the control board?
How can I check it?
Use a voltage meter or a multimeter to measure the voltage of your power supply.
