Problem with installing Vellemam PC scope pcs500 for windows 7

I have a problem with PC scope pcs500. My PC doesn’t see the device. I install all files from site, but file INSTALL_DRV.EXE is not contain.
After connecting and opening the program I look text.
Could nor open the DriverLinks driver.
Please run INSTALL_DRV.EXE to install the driver.
Where I can find this file fo win 7?
