Problem after print

Im printing something looking like wheels with a flat downside diameter ca 75 mm. No glue or anything is added to the bed on which there is a build tak.
I have a heated bed which I work at 40 deg C. When the print is finished its extremely hard to remove the piece even with a very sharp knife and much force.
Would it help if I heated the bed to ABS temp after the print ?
Any other suggestions ?

Why do you still use a Buildtak with a heated bed? The best way is to print directly on the heated bed using a 3D spray to get the object sticking. It sticks very well when the bed is hot and doesn’t stick when the bed is cold so the object is very easy to remove. And it works very well with ABS too.

Thanks Raby, good question.

What is a 3D spray ?

Thanks, I’ll check them out.
Also tested to rais the heat bed temp to 60-65 degrees which seems to help in not sticking.
