Hello. My hps140i arrived without an earth cable on the probe. Is it possible to buy a new earth cable? The rest of the probe is complete.

I did, but there are no more available from the supplier and they searched but could not locate the missing part. The scope and probe were both in un-opened packaging but the earth cable is just not there. All the additional probe tips etc were present.
Can I please buy one directly from you? It seems a shame to have to discard an otherwise perfect probe and then buy a complete unit.
