The K8200 disconnects after a while.
It is always after a different time.
Heatbed and extruder stay hot… but printer is disconnected…
Any suggestions?

What are your conncetion settings in repetier?
Are there any Power wires near the USB cable?
Did you switch fluorescent lighting (lighting tubes) or big electrical consumers when that happened?

boud is @ 250000 as advised on this forum, cache is @ 63, resetblabla is disabeled.
Power supply is more than 1 meter away from motherboard or usb cable.
No special power consumption, no lights as you describe…
I can hear the USB disconnecting sound when it happens… pompom 
I tried to move with all cables to see if there are any bad contacts but no disconnection…
I am going crazy
Did you also check the mini usb on the controller board?
It easily comes loose or falls off.
Have you had any error messages in repetier when the disconnect appeared?
Yes,
I have tried to move/shake the mini usb connector but everything ok.
No error messages to be found. just the last command.
I will test it tomorrow on a different PC…
Does your screen saver goes on when it disconnect ?
