This happened to me some time ago…And I’m not sure how it fixed itself.
Now it’s back again…like a ghost from the past…spooky
My 8200 prints are very brittle and not filled properly. My settings on slicer are the same as always.
I’ve just changed out to a new roll of filament, same thing. Brittle and pull apart …totally unusable.
My hot end is around 200 which is normal and bed at around 60. Anyone had this problem :

Is your new roll of the same brand. Some are of very poor quality.
Also check if your nozzle is perfectly clean (try extruding some filament in the air : it should fall straight down and have a diameter of 0.5 mm (if you still have the stock hot end).

What is the color of the filament?
I have similar problems with a roll of white filament; brittle and easily delaminates.
Two other rolls of differently colored filament does not have that sort of problems.
Did you measure your actual filament diameter?
It can vary noticable between two rolls, sometimes also witihin the same roll.
Different colours tend to have tifferent flow, so the temp, and possibly the flow rate might have to be changed.

Are you using curaengine or slicer as program for slicing?
