i bulit a printer and got problem

Woule be helpful if you had written which problem you mean.

I see multiple problems in the Video.
Which one do you want to fix first?

Your nozzle is to high above the bed, you should adjust the z-axis endstop accordingly.
After your print has started, you can turn the z-rod by hand to see how much you have to go down.
