Printing problem - obliquely

Unfortunately, I have a problem with the print. Every time there is the pressure offset out and it will not go as planned. Where is the problem? How can I fix it?

Check if the pulleys are well fastened on the X-Y rods
also the pulleys on the steppermotors X-Y axis
TAKE CARE not to overtighten the M3 on the pulleys from the rods as they are very fragile
to ruin the thread ( only 2mm of walltickness)

Mark with a permanent marker the actual position on the pulleys and the rods also the steppermotors
print a object and see afterwards if there is some misallignment.

No need to print on 210°C between 190 and 200 will be fine for PLA but will not realy affect the
misallignment of the layers
