Printing from SD card is very slow

Hy!
I have an K8200 printer with marlin firmware. I use one the PC the Repertier-Host v1.0.6 software. I slice the .stl model with Cura Engine, then save the print and copy manually the gcode to the sd card. My problem is: the repertier software sayd printng time and the real printing time not nearly the same.
Example: The repertier software sayd the printin time is 1 hour 37 minutes. The printer works more than 3 hour.
What is the problem? How can I optimise the software to give me real time? Can everybody help me?
Thanks and best Regards!

This heavily depends on your object.
Generally times for infill are heavily underestimated by the time guess…

Then it is not possible to estimate the real time?

Not really, i think.
But i found it a good rule of thumb on objects with much infill to double the time estimated by the slicer

cheers,

Christian.

Thanks for the reply!
