Printer worked now it doesnt

K8200 3D Printer K8200 - Computer related problems

Im new to this got a Vellerman K8200 2nd hand last week
i managed 3 prints before i wanted to remove the led lights from around the frame

after doing this the only control of the printer i have now is the hot bed and the extruder temperature
i cannot seem to control any axis
ive tried on repitier software via usb and online
ive tried it on my pc (originally working) and my laptop (same results)

ive checked every thing is plugged in
ive uninstalled the software and re installed it

but still the same

what could be wrong?

any help apreciated thank you

Just a stupid question, did you re-connect correctly the psu when you took off the leds ?

forgot to mention the led lights were not in the printer curcuit
but after removal they printer fails to work

Well, begin from the begining, maybe you sould verify all wires going to the main board.
If all are ok in continuity, maybe the main board is out of order ?

Not sure if this will fix the problem.

Check in the printer settings.
Reset on connect is set to “Disabled”
Baud rate “250000”

Just on the outside chance it is not a hardware problem.
