When I load my printing head, the PLA doesn’t come out the other side - the extruder jumps because the plastic can’t flow through the head. The temperature is hot enough (210 degrees) and the head has been cleaned out and it still does it. Does anyone have a solution?
I’m no expert yet - but if you recovered the nozzle from a total blockage situation (?), could it be that the actual 0,35mm opening could still be clogged up?
You could try to confirm that by seeing if you can blow air through the nozzle. I’d figure, you’d only need to remove the filament again to try that. If that’s giving difficulties, you might need to try the trick with the guitar string to resolve it. http://www.k8xxx-3dprinters.crimed.be/w/index.php?title=Hotend
Hope this helps?

Edit: I usually can clear a blockage by using the “Unload PLA filament” procedure & then manually push filament through the nozzle when the right temperature is reached. But maybe you tried that already.
