Can anyone tell me the best way to prevent corner lift? i want to print a little box but the corners dont want to stick to te buildtak. the rest of the print keeps his grip…
I experienced that the first thing to check is your allignment of the platform. If the distance between the nozzle and the platform is a bit too much, your first layer will easier be loosening on the corners.
(Ofcourse also don’t bring it too close)
I use a distance of 4 paper layers of 90gr/m2

Your nozzle-bed distance must always be shorter than 0.35 mm or the filament won’t be squeezed on the bed and it won’t stick. A correct distance is 0.2 mm.
Are you printing PLA or ABS? With ABS, warping can’t be avoided without a heated bed.
I am printing PLA. I have some plates of 0.2mm so i will try to print it on that height!
Thnx
I have just checked and i allready print at 0.15mm height xs. Is it possible that i print to close to the deck?

What kind of cleaning alcohol would you recommend? i don’t know much about these kind of cleaners…
Plain ethanol will do the job. You can also use isopropyl alcohol.
