Power switch on Audio signal

I am looking for a kit (assembled component) with the following feature(s):

  1. Switch on 230V (power connection) on audio signal
  2. Switch off 230V after 5min if no audio signal

audio signal feed preferably by cinch (stereo)

Our subwoofer K8077 and power block amp K8081 feature auto turn-on with music sense.
