Power supply for K4003 - K8084

Hi,
I bought myself
K4003 - 30watt amp
K8084 - tone control

Now I have several powersupply’s of laptops.
2 of them are identical.
Bu the supply 16Volt, instead of the 12Volt as discribed in the diagram.

I wonder, can I use these 16V 3.3A?

Yhanks in advance.

Forexample the digital is 9V requiered, but a lm705 makes it all 5Volt, so I can use this wiith 12V aswell…
