Possible to submit product/kit requests?

Is it possible to submit product/kit ideas/requests somewhere?

I like building RC vehicles and wanted to build a tank from scratch.
I came across an open source project with its own custom board, but there is no supplier for the board. It’s a working project with excellent documentation. It only lacks a supplier for the board. The previous supplier sold 500 boards in roughly a year before discontinuing it.

Is this something Velleman could bring back to the market?
