Possible to put a fan on the heated bed connector?

Just wondering if it was possible to use a fan (80mm Sharkoon UltraQuiet 12v, 1.44w) on the connector used by the heated bed?
I’ve used the mirror and blue tape instead of directly on to the headbed because it was near-on impossible to get it to stay perfectly flat.
The printer prints perfectly on the tape, even with the heatbed off… So was hoping to use the connector to power the fan for the PCB instead.

I thought this would have a relatively easy answer… In theory
bit of rewiring and some sort of resistor…?
Would it be really complicated to use the temp sensor taken off the heatbed, attach it to a heatsink on one of the driver chips and have a fan connected that kicks in when a threshold is reached rather than the heated bed given the power to heat up?
