Possible missing header pins

I have a K8055N-2 USB experiment interface board.

I don’t have any pins for SK9, the instructions don’t mention whether there should be any or not (unlike R53 & R54 which are stated as not needed).

So, should there be pins for SK9?

I have two left over as well as two LEDs.

The SK9 is ICSP (In Circuit Serial Programming) connector for microcontroller reprogramming.
There is no header included to the package.
