The end stop for the Z-axis is sitting about 4 cm to high.
How can this be?
You probably have the 2 aluminium bed arm pieces upside down. Please check the manual for proper installation of these arms as it can be harmful to home the printer with these arms incorrectly installed.
Indeed this is the problem.
