After calibrations and everything that was recommended. I tried printing many different objects, prints looks very ugly and i used vellemans modified software which sadly only is for windows (CuraEngine) and (Slic3r).
I also tried Original Cura and Slic3r in Repetier for mac i also used several different settings that i was recommended by people on the forum but still no luck prints looks ugly small places comes out as a blobby mess, Support Structures doesn’t help much and quality is poor. I’m very frustrated that i can’t get the right help to the settings.
I think you might a slight issue of layer shifting, i.e. your x or y stepper motor is missing a few steps from one of the photos. But the main problem appears to be that you’ve attempted a very large bridge without support - a bridge that size will always look like that underneath. Use the object placement options to rotate the object 180 degrees on the Y axis and print it again.
The gap on the first pictures seems a bit to big to print (on any printer) can you try a piece with a smaller bridge (1.5cm) to see if there is indeed a problem with bridging? The top of the blue piece you are showing has probably failed due to the waiting inbetween layers (on small layers this is normal) but this indicates a problem with feedrate and could also be the problem you are having with bridges. Plkease check if the extruder is having difficulties advancing the filament (skipping steps of chipped filament). If this is the case then you probably have a problem with the small ptfe tube inside the hotend that is either too short or too long.
I tried printing a smaller overhang but that didn’t help i tried using a lower and higher feedrate but that didn’t help either and i took the printhead appart and switched the old PTFE tube with a newer one (Precisely 23mm) and that didn’t help
Do you have any other suggestions?
I am afraid we will need to see more pictures of your problem to identify the problem. Bridges will never look like a perfect plane as this is just the nature of printing with an FDM printer in mid air and the irregularities on top of the blue piece seem consistent with the waiting behavior of the printer but these can be remedied by changing the wait setting in the cura slicer configuration. Could you post some extra pictures of your problems so it is easier for us to identify since all the information I previously asked for seems to be OK.

Hi, This isn’t just problems with printing in the air this is “Unable” even with support structure the support structure is also not removeable afterwards.
So here is some pictures:
My low budget almost 1 and a half year old PrintrBot Simple:
The Velleman Vertex bridge very bad 1cm without support and not better with and small areas turns into a blobby mess.
So as you can see on the pictures the vertex does it bad and im starting to think that there is something wrong with the printer (I tried everything you asked me to) i need answers now.
