Hi everyone, yesterday I finally finished assembly my Vertex. I start printing the first object and it seems to work well ( some setup has to be changed). The second object that I print start well also but in the middle the PLA stop coming out. I tried to start another object but nothing. i tried unload the PLA but nothing. What can I do? Thank you
Your nozzle is clogged. You probably printed with the default temperature (210°). It’s too much actually and 190° is enough. You also need to lower the flow to 75% and change the retraction to 3mm - 120 mm/s.
You can find a procedure to unclog the nozzle [color=#408040]here[/color]. PLA tends to burn in the nozzle so you must clean it thoroughly.
