PIR415 or PIR416 running in parallel?

Hello,

Is it possible to connect either the PIR415 or PIR416 in parallel?

I want to use either the PIR415 or PIR416 as sensors at the top and bottom of a staircase to turn on some stair lights for when someone walk past one.
