A customer has tried using a PIR415 with 4 x 58W fluorescents but they find the output does not turn off after a few operations and needs to be reset. We asked them to test the module with a standard lamp and they confirm it works fine so the module itself is not the problem. Can you suggest how to stop the back EMF from affecting the PIR415. Could they fit a suppressor across the output and negative of the PIR415 (or some other filter to eliminate the problem). If yes please can you advise your order code.
