I can see pictures in posts, but I cannot upload a picture to show this in my post.
At least I cannot see how to do this.

you must upload the picture to an image hoster or dropbox and post a linkt to it enclised in [img] tags

Make a free account on IMGUR or other
imgur.com/
upload your images
click on the desired image
copy the link from the image (I use the BBcode)
Be aware don’t select de link, only use the icon in front of the link
this will copy the content into the clipboard
Paste the link in the message
I use tinypic. You can upload without making an account.
After uploading you need to copy the link with the [IMG] tags and paste it in your poste.
