I bought october 31 2012 one velleman kit: pickit 3 consisting pickit 3 incircuit debugger and installer and other stuff
when I tried to install MPLAB IDE V8.70 software on a computer system ( pentium dual core E2160 1,8 GHZ 2065 MB, installed windows proffesional no sevice packs and no
internet connection )
it refuses to install MPLAB IDE V8.70 with the messages: datacap1 corrupted : after that it rolled back the software install: what should I do to install the software correctly, or is my CDROM containing the MPLAB IDE V8.70 bad ore corrupted? ( I bought the CDROM at Muco amsterdam b.v. bilderdijkstraat 116, 1053 KZ amsterdam )
Please note that the Pickit3 is not a Velleman Kit but a product of Microchip Inc.
