Hello there,
justo tested the PEREL WC 224
Can anyone clarify the volume of water per tipping bucket of the rain sensor?
It’s usually stated with the equipment manual or next to the spoon, but I couldn’t t find it

Hello Vitaminac,
the easiest way to find out.
Is to take a measuring cup filled with water.
Then pour water from the measuring cup very slowly into the pluviometer.
At the moment the tipping bucket tilts, then you stop. Now you can read how much water is out of the measuring cup. This is the volume per tipping bucket.

Thank you,
But this measure is an usual specification of rain sensors. It’s allways best to have a determination of the manufacturer… but ok.
