On my Windows 7 machine (and another Windows 7 machine) the PCSU200 is displayed as “unknown device” in the device manager. If I use other USB ports it is the same message.
Has anyone a suggestion what I can do.

The USB cable may be defective - you may try with other cable if possible.
Have you tried to install the Windows 7 driver for the PCSU200?
If still no help, then this may indicate the PCSU200 is defective and you have to return it to your distributor for inspection/exchange.
I checked it already with a different USB cable but it was not working.
I will send the device back to the dealer for inspection.
