PCSU200 Communication Error

Just got my scope in the mail. It fired up great, calibrated instantly, and I was using it in a matter of minutes. I was dealing with small audio AC signals using both the signal out and the two channels. After 30 minutes or so, the scope software screen froze and became unresponsive. Now the unit will not calibrate…
The driver is still ok, and the indicator lights on the channels light up when it attempts to calibrate.
Here is the calibration log file. I get a Cannot Calibrate, Communication Error. I HAVE READ ALL THE OTHER POSTS ABOUT THIS ISSUE AND I HAVE ALREADY TRIED THE FOLLOWING:
other computers, update driver, replace .ini text, USB hub …error still exists.

This error seems to be a common problem with this unit, is there no fix? Just return and hope for a better unit?

Calibration results:

CH1 offset at 3V/div : 161 OK
CH2 offset at 3V/div : 161 OK
CH1 offset at 1V/div : 101 FAIL

I’m sorry for the inconvenience, it seems your PCSU200 is defective.

Ok, I bought it through Amazon, so I will return it to Amazon and they have already shipped my replacement. Hopefully the next unit will not have the same problem!
