I first tried to install the driver directly using the setup EXE:
PcLab2000SE_v4_05_setup.exe
Then I tryed to add manually the device driver within the control panel -> device manager -> other -PCSU1000 -> update softare controller -> …
Either way I get the message (translated from portuguese)
PCSU1000Oscilloscope
The file hash is not present in the specified folder. It is possible that the file is damaged or it may have been corrupted
What can I do in order to get the oscilloscope runnig?
I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
In 64-bit version of Windows 8 you have to disable the driver signature enforcement in order to install the PCSU1000 driver.
You can use the driver v2.04.16.
When installing just locate the folder PCSU1000_driver_2.04.16.
Please see this thread for more details how to disable the driver signature enforcement: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=8353
Hello,
I have the exact same problem as the person before. I tried to follow your instructions, but it doesn’t seem to work for my surface pro 3 with windows 8.1. I basically get the same results (… .hash…) I really would like not to return this. Can you please help out!
