I started implementing a custom PCSU02 application for Linux (since the Windows one doesn’t seem to detect the USB device when running under Linux and doesn’t look too good on Linux + HiDPI displays); I think I have some basic understanding of how to communicate with the PCSU02 hardware, but there are some odd situations I’m facing quite often.
Is there any way to get hold of low-level (USB HID communication/…) documentation for this device (ideally also firmware source code in case there would be some uncertainties)?
I’m sorry, there’s no documentation made of the low-level USB HID communication routines for this product.
We regret to inform you that we are unable to provide the firmware source code due to copyright restrictions. Thanks a lot for the answer; too bad there is no documentation available as the oscilloscope is a fine hobby-level device. I understand and value the commitment to comply with the law. I’ll use only the data that is legally available/discoverable.
