After trying to calibrate PCSU 200 in popup warning widow I’we seen ‘‘CALIBRATION FAILED. Please check ‘Calibration.log’ for more details’’ and in log file was:
Calibration results:
CH1 offset at 3V/div : 161 OK
CH2 offset at 3V/div : 161 OK
CH1 offset at 1V/div : 101 FAIL
CH2 offset at 1V/div : 101 FAIL
CH1 Y-position low 69
CH1 Y-position mid 68
CH1 Y-position high 69
CH2 Y-position low 68
CH2 Y-position mid 68
CH2 Y-position high 68
I’ve tryed to recalibrate several times with same result, ‘restoring to default settings’ came with same result.
Please help, is there any chance to resolve this problem.
Thanks.
I’ve tryed that earlier today, installed latest driver and the latest software, no change, same problems. I’ve even tryed with new computer, without any good resalts.
Please see this thread for a possible solution: [forum.vellemanprojects.eu/t/pcsu-200-calibration-problem/6901/1)
If the problem is that the USB port is not capable to deliver required current, a solution can be to use a self powered USB HUB. viewtopic.php?f=10&t=8573
BTW: With what operating system(s) and what PCs have you tried?
I have one additional question about warranty.
I bought this unit in January in United State, and the only documentation I have is Order Conformation from Amazon.
So, the question is does the warranty works for my PCSU200 in Europe. I live in Serbia and I can ship it to Belgium by the end of this week.
