I just got my pcsgu250 have installed the prg and connected the pcsgu250 to USB.
The led is still sleeping, what can I do.
I am using WIN7 64 bit mode.

Please help.

Have you installed the driver?
If not, then you have to install the driver.

Thank you. the driver for win 8 was the right solution :slight_smile:
