I need to investigate start conditions of a signal with a frequence about 1 Hz. Therefore it will be nice to limit the post trigger data aquisition time frame. Out of the box the psgu250 aquires about 2-3 sec post trigger. This it far to much and I loose some signal start curves.
Is there a chance (or option I didn’t find, yet) to limit pre and post trigger time?
Sorry there is no possibility to change the pre trigger and post trigger proportional time.
The pre trigger portion is always 1/4 of the whole acquired data record.
Can’t you use the transient recorder mode?
It should be capable to record 1Hz signal.
thx. I tried. But…with 100samples/s the transient records are too coarse.
Start condution of the signal to be examinated is not clear - so single trigger won’t work to catch each. I was able to created a second signal as a trigger leader very close in time to the signal to be examinated. After some trials with the single trigger option and playing with the time base I think this works for me.
