After using both the Windows 8 and 7 drivers from the site the computer recognizes the device but no driver. The green light does not come on when I plug the scope in to the usb. It worked with windows xp no problem. Any help would be appreciated.

On 64bit Windows 8.1, you have to disable the driver signature enforcement to install the driver.
