Hello. I have a PCSGU250, which up intil recently has functioned correctly. However, recently I have been having trouble getting the device to switch on (i.e. the blue light does not come on & it doesn’t function). My device manager says that the device is working properly. Very occasionally, it seems to work (for no apparent reason) and then later on, it fails to work. I have tried everything I can think of (I have reloaded the software/drivers several times, I have rebooted the machine, I have tried all of my USB sockets & I have tried disconnecting all other USB devices). Nothing seems to work. I saw that somebody else had the same problem, but itthen started working for no apparent reason. I am sure that this is a software fault, as it does sometimes work. However, today I have had terrible problems and cannot get it to start at all. Any advice?
Have you tried both of the drivers?
