The math mode trace is always positioned in the middle (in vertical direction) of the screen. There is no Y-position adjustment for the math trace.
This seems to be wrong. If the Ch2 signal is negative, the math mode trace position changes when I change the Ch1 position. If I move Ch1 up, the math mode trace moves down. I’m using version 1.09. Any hints?
These two screenshots show math Ch1+Ch2 waveform.
There is negative DC+AC in Ch2 and some positive DC in Ch1.
The resulting math waveform is in the same vertical position on the screen regardless the Y-position of Ch1 or Ch2.
The only requirement is that both traces (Ch1 and Ch2) must be visible on the screen in math mode.
If you move either of the traces to be hidden beyond the bottom or top of the screen the math result position moves.
