Please help! I just got the PCSGU250 oscilloscope/function generator, and I am having problems getting it to work. I have tried installing the software several times to no avail. When I open the PcLab 2000-LT software, it tries to calibrate the oscilloscope but then seems to freeze. The “on” light does not come on. If the problem is related to the driver software, I am at a loss as to installing the “…WinUSB” driver as the installation program insists on installing the other driver.
Please disregard my previous post. I have solved the problem. It was simply an issue with the device driver. Thanks.
