My oscilloscope is 1.06 version
I’ve admin account in vista version and running right I haven´t problems, but in other account (no admin) I´ve the error I/O error 103
Do you know anythink about this problem?

This “I/O error 103” indicates that a file is not found.
It seems that the file pcgu250.bit is not found.
Sorry - I don’t know the reason to this problem.
The software is tested under Windows Vista (32 bit) and Windows 7 (64 bit) without any problems with administrator account and with normal user account.
