I had my pcsgu250 working with an win 10 version, upgraded from 7.
Now I have a new system with win 10 (64 bit) and cant get it to work.
It accepts the win8 driver in testmodus (not the 7 for some reason?).
opening pclab works, but it hangs when it wants to start the scope.
I suspect it is the driver, but not sure what to do to fix it.
You can try the other driver.
Use the driver: “Drivers for Windows Vista and Windows 7. (Can also be used for Windows XP)” from: velleman.eu/support/downloa … e=PCSGU250
Before installing you have to uninstall the current driver.
Select “Uninstall” in the device manager to remove the current driver.
You will get a pop up window with “Delete driver software for this device” check box, select that option to uninstall this driver completely.
Here are instructions how to update the driver if you do not remove the current driver first: box.net/shared/66aei7j31s
Finally make sure the driver version 1.0.0.2 is installed.
Using option 2 seemed to do the trick.
With option one a kept getting a reply that the driver was not signed for the win7 driver (and thus unable to install), while i could install the win 8 driver (with a warning).
