I’ve just baught a PCSGU250 and it works perfectly under Vista. I tried all drivers and SW PClab200LT version on vellenman-website and with WinXP64 I always get the same error starting the program:
Oscilloscope: Access violation at address 00000000. Read of address 00000000. If I start the PClab200lt in demo mode it works.
Can sb help ?

This is strange problem.
The PcLab2000LT seems to work without any problems under Windows 7 64-bit.
You may try to run the program in compatibility mode under the WinXP64 .

Right click the PcLab2000LT icon or shortcut, go to Properties and click on the Compatibility tab. Check the box saying “Run this program in compatibility mode for:” and in the drop down list, choose the mode and click OK.

Does this “Access violation at address 00000000. Read of address 00000000.” happen immediately when the program is run?
Does the oscilloscope’s user interface appear?
If yes: Does the text “Loading, please wait…” appear on the screen?

when I start the program I get immediately the error “Access violation at address 00000000. Read of address 00000000.”
The osciloscope is being showed but nothing on it, and the “ready” led is off on the PCSGU250; there is no “Loading, please wait…” comment.
(The PCSGU250 is fine working on Vista).

It is very strange why this problem occurs with 64-bit Windows XP but not with 64-bit Windows 7.
