PCSGU250 and Win7 64bit

I am using PCSGU250 and Win7 64bit and it works fine on first power up.
If I shut down the PCLab2000Lt program and then later re-launch it
locks up. Hitting run or enabling output waves gives me nothing
on the scope. It won’t shut down either without task manager.

Also in 3V mode the max voltage is around +9V and then it clips it
making a flat spot on my waveform. Shouldn’t it go to 15V?
It’s not my circuit I have checked with my other Pico scope.

Thanks

I guess I have to answer my own questions on this forum.
I resolved the hang problem on re-launching software by installing a USB hub.
Designers of this scope should look into SMPS power for next rev.
It is very simple to reduce 400mA down to 100mA with simple circuit and about $1.50 worth of components and inductor.

Still have the clipping issue. On both channels as well.

Thanks

There should not be any clipping at 9V.
If you connect the function generator output to the oscilloscope input and set max amplitude and max offset you should see this kind of waveform:
