I recently purchased a pcsgu250. When I install the software from the cd, the app will only work in demo mode. When I have installed the latest software from the website, the software still fails to load. Every once in a while the blue light will came on on the scope. Then, the app tells me I need to calibrate the scope. This causes the app to crash. Most of the time it just tells me the scope is not connected.
For reference, I am using a dell laptop with windows 11. Any help will be appreciated.
