we integrated PCGU 1000 in our hardware and wrote our own software to operate it. We are facing the problem that many times it needs lots of trials to connect to PCGU 1000.
Does PCGU 1000 work absolutely reliable at Windows 7 or are there known problems?
We need an absolutely sure connection as it is a part of a medical device.
What are the experiences?
Might it be our mistake or can is there a problem in the system itself related to the Com ports etc.?
Does the problem occur also if you run the PCGU1000 from the PcLab2000SE program?
If there are problems, there are two possible error messages.
Are you getting message #1 or message #2 ?
