Hi,

I have a PCG10 function generator and it is not working. I’m quite sure the GAL (lattice 22V20D) is bad. The chips seems to be blank… Don’t ask how it happend, but i think my programmer is now working again.

Would it be possible to get the Jedec file for this chip? Or just a listing of the equasions as answer? I’m sure i would be able to get it right again.

Guess you then also set the security cell to avoid reading it. Only wanted to make a safety backup, but found that the acient programmer was behaving badly because of bad caps. But i now guess it would be impossible anyway.

Now that the programmer is fixed, it tells me the GAL is blank (can erase / program other GALs, no problems).

Any cost involved for reprogramming the GAL?
