PC Lab2000 under Windows NT 4.0

Hello,

I have bought recently a PCS500 scope, and I intend to use it with a PC running Windows NT 4.0 (SP6). However, I have found troubles when trying to use the sofware that comes with it: Pc-Lab 2000. I cannot even start the program, because I get an error message stating that Pc_lab200se.exe does not find the entry point to the procedure SetupDiEnumDeviceInterfaces, in the dynamic library SETUPAPI.DLL

Is this software compatible with Windows NT 4.0?

In contrast, the program PCS500.exe that comes in the CD-Rom works fine when I call it directly.

Any help?

Thanks.

The startup program checks the USB devices connected e.g. PCSU1000.
In Windows NT there is no USB support.
The only choice is to run the PCS500.EXE separately - as you have already done.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience
