Dear Sir:

 If I purchased two PCGU1000 function generators, can I combine both function generators and output a synchronized 4 wire bus signal when I  connect the TTL synch outputs in parallel? 

  Do you have the software environment which can do this reliably developed yet?

I don’t think this can be done.

The two outputs on the front of the unit are in common (1 output for both)
It is very difficult to run two PCGU1000 on one system.
