I built the audio analyzer kit and found that the PIC is temperature sensitive, I obtained a RMA and sent the IC to Velleman USA for exchange. It has been a month and have not received a replacement. This may be the last time I purchase a product, poor customer support

We received a K8098 pic for test and replacement on Feb 12. This return was sent to us by US Mail with tracking. We process repairs as quickly as possible in the order they are received.
